These bangles are made by a group of Zulu women in South Africa who are trained in the art of weaving industrial copper wire and delicate bohemian glass beads to create fine jewelry pieces. Most importantly, the women behind these one of a kind bangles gain the dignity of work and self sufficiency while maintaining the Zulu weaving traditions.
